Procédure d'annulation

For reservations cancelled up to 21 days before arrival: the deposti charged on the time of booking will be refunded.
For reservations cancelled within 21 days up to 24 hours before arrival: the deposit is not refunded.
For reservations cancelled in less than 24 hours before arrival or no show the penalty is 100% of the total cost of the reservation.

Politique de garantie

To secure you reservation a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost is required and charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
The remaining balance (70%) must be paid in cash only at the check-in (arrival) or check-out (departure) time.
The guest will have to pay in cash only at the check-in (arrival) or check-out (departure) time.

Politique relative aux enfants

- Children under 4 years old, stay free when using existing bedding
- All older children or adults are charged 25,00 Euro per person per night for extra beds.
- Extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Extra bed supplement is not calculated at the total cost of your booking and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
